The hotel's rooms, while offering a corner upgrade for $100/night due to regular rooms being booked, looked dated and fell short of online photos in decor. However, the attentive service made a positive impression as the staff remembered our preferences and went above and beyond to assist us. The convenient location near Union Station, museums, and quiet neighborhoods made up for the need for decor updates. The dining experience was exceptional, especially after appointments, and the facilities offered were satisfactory.
